Something is Backfiring…

I have now been awake almost 24 hours.  That means I’ve only slept about six hours in the last forty-eight.  Not sure how that can happen when I always feel like I could use a nap.Guess I’m going to have to not use coconut oil after supper.  Maybe it’s the combination of that and the vitamins I take then.

Anyway, coconut oil really does help.  But it looks like you have to be careful when you take it.

    Eeks! Kristy, it may be a neurotransmitter / amino acid kind of thing. Have you tried GABA or better, a blend of aminos to help you relax? Sometimes the brain needs the right stuff in the tank to flip from Full On to Sleep.

    • Hmm. I’ve never even considered amino acids being a problem. And, as far as I know, if they’re not in my multi, I don’t take them. However, I’m heading into the city this afternoon (makes me sound like a Clampett to say that, doesn’t it?) so I’ll try to remember to pick some up. Small towns don’t offer much in the way of health food stores. Thanks, Shelly! I always learn a lot from you. 🙂
