What I share on this blog is what works for me. The supplements I take are the result of months of research and experimentation…and they work for me. My diet plan is also the result of research and it works for me. Hopefully it will continue to work for me…
If you choose to try anything I’m doing, you will be doing so at your own risk. You should always check with your treating physician to make sure it’s safe for you.
That said, the things I’ve chosen to try…and do…are because other people have tried them first, and they worked for them. So I’m not doing anything weird, or unsafe. I just had to find the right combinations that worked for me.
Yes, I sound like a broken record. ‘What worked for me.’ But it’s a fact I need to drive home. Maybe everything I’m doing won’t work for someone else. I don’t know. I’m just sharing…what is working for me.
